Digital signage for your estate agency, fully taken care of
A digital shop window is a screen in your window that shows your properties by itself, straight from your agency software. Will Impress installs the screen with an installation partner from your region and keeps it running after that. You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.

What a digital shop window brings your agency
Your listings stay visible in the evening
Anyone who walks past your agency after closing time or on a Sunday sees your properties, with their price and photo.
An accurate shop window
A new property or a new price is on the screen the same day. A sold property disappears, or stays for a while with a banner.
No more posters
You no longer print or put up anything. Your staff keep that time for buyers and sellers.
What Will Impress does for your agency
Will Impress shows your listings on a screen and keeps them up to date there. You enter a property as always, in your own agency software. After that, it appears on the screen by itself, with its photo, its price and its main features.
A screen fits in four places:
- In the shop window, where passers-by see your properties, even when the agency is closed.
- In the office and the waiting room, where clients look at your listings while they wait.
- At a new development, where the screen shows which homes in the development are still for sale.
- In multiple offices, where each office shows its own listings in the same house style.
What is on the screen
The screen shows one property at a time, or a grid of several properties side by side. It hangs in landscape or portrait. For each property, passers-by see the main photo, whether it is for sale or to let, the price, the town and a short title. Alongside are the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the floor area and the plot or the terrace.
In Belgium, the EPC label and its score are added, with the urban planning information and the flood risk scores. In the Netherlands, the screen shows the energy label, with the asking price excluding purchase costs or the monthly rent.
A new property or a price change is on the screen within a few hours, without you doing anything. For a sold or let property, you choose at the start: it disappears, or it stays for a while with a "sold" or "let" banner. If the internet drops out for a moment, the screen keeps showing the latest properties.
How we start
- You request a proposal. We contact you within two working days and visit you with an installation partner from your region. The partner looks at your shop window and advises which screen suits it.
- You give us access once in your agency software. Together we choose a design in your house style, with your logo and colours, and decide what the screen shows.
- The partner mounts the screen. After that, your listings are on the screen. We keep an eye on it remotely and often spot a problem before you do. If something needs replacing later, the partner comes to your office.
Your agency software
The screen takes your properties from the agency software you already use. You do not enter anything twice.
In Belgium we work with Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun and Skarabee. In the Netherlands with Realworks, Move, Kolibri, Pararius Office, Pyber and Eyemove. Dutch estate agents often know this kind of screen as narrowcasting; elsewhere it is called digital signage.
For each agency software package, a page of its own explains what the screen shows. The overview is under all integrations.
One fixed price
You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. That includes the integration with your agency software, the design in your house style, an unlimited number of properties, the updates, remote monitoring and personal support. You pay nothing extra per property.
You pay for the screen and its installation once. The installation partner prepares a quote for this, made to measure for your shop window. If you have more offices, you pay the same amount per screen.
This is running today at estate agents in Flanders.

Frequently asked questions
Which agencies is a digital shop window meant for?
For any estate agency with a window onto the street, from an independent agent to a group with several branches. The sales office of a new development can have one too.
Does Will Impress work in Belgium and in the Netherlands?
Yes. In Belgium we work with Whise, Omnicasa, Zabun and Skarabee, in the Netherlands with Realworks, Move, Kolibri, Pararius Office, Pyber and Eyemove. The screen shows what is customary in your country, such as the EPC label in Belgium and the energy label in the Netherlands.
How many screens does my agency need?
Usually one, in the shop window. On the first visit, your installation partner looks at the size of your window and at what suits your premises.
How long does a contract for a digital shop window run?
One year. You pay €39 per screen per month. You pay for the screen and its installation once, based on a quote from your installation partner.
What if our office switches to different agency software?
Then we link your screen to your new agency software. You give us access once more, and we do the rest. The screen and the design stay.
Can I add screens later?
Yes. You can add a screen at any time, in the waiting room, at a new development or in another office. Each extra screen also costs €39 per month, on an annual contract.
