What your visitor sees while waiting

Buyers, sellers and tenants often sit in your waiting room for a while before their appointment begins. During that time, the screen shows your properties one after another, or several side by side. For each property, your visitor sees a large photo, the price and the town, and whether the property is for sale or to let.

Below the photo are the rooms and the floor area. A Belgian agency also shows the EPC label and the urban planning information, a Dutch agency the energy label. If your design includes a QR code, your visitor can open a property on their phone, on your own website.

A property you entered this morning is there within a few hours, without anyone in the office doing anything. Even if the internet drops out for a moment, the screen stays filled: it then shows the latest properties it had.

At the front desk or in the waiting room

A screen behind the front desk is seen by everyone who walks in, including those who come in without an appointment to collect a brochure or a key. A screen in the waiting room hangs where people sit and have time to look. A design with one property at a time and a large photo suits that spot.

If there is little free wall space, the screen can hang in portrait, for example next to the door of your office or of the meeting room. It then takes the place of a poster, but shows today's listings.

You decide with the installation partner which spot works best. The partner advises on the location and the size.

Together with your shop window display
