A screen for selling your new development

Will Impress shows the homes in your new development that are still for sale on a screen, with their photo, price and EPC label or energy label. The screen hangs in the sales pavilion, the show flat or your shop window and takes everything from your agency software. A partner from your region installs the screen and we monitor it, for €39 per screen per month.

What you get

What a screen brings your new development

Accurate listings on site

Anyone who steps into the pavilion sees which homes are still for sale and what they cost, as they stand in your agency software that day.

A development that is visibly selling

If you choose a "sold" banner, a sold home stays in view with that banner. That way, the screen shows how the development is selling.

No new price list after every sale

If a price changes or a home is sold, the screen follows the same day. You no longer print new lists or posters.

In the sales pavilion on the building site

A new development often has a sales pavilion on the building site. Prospective buyers come there to look at the plans and the scale model. A screen on the wall or on a stand shows the homes that are still for sale. For each home, the visitor sees the main photo, the starting price, the number of bedrooms, the floor area and the terrace.

If the screen stands behind the glass of the pavilion, even people driving past in the evening can see which homes are still for sale.

In the show flat

A show flat or show home shows what one home looks like. A screen in the show flat shows the other homes in the development that are still for sale, with their price and the EPC label or the energy label.

In your shop window during the launch

During the launch, the development can also appear on the shop window display of your agency, among your other properties. We decide together with you what each screen shows, for example only the development in the pavilion and all your listings in the shop window.

Straight from your agency software

The screen takes the homes from the agency software in which they are listed for sale. If an estate agent sells the development for a property developer, they come from that agent's agency software. You mark a sold home as sold, like any other property, and the screen follows within a few hours. You can see which software packages this works with under the integrations.

A screen for the duration of the sale

A development sometimes sells out quickly. The contract for a screen still runs for a year, at €39 per screen per month. After the sale, we switch the screen over to your next development or to your other properties, together with you.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the screen show which homes in the development are still for sale?

Yes. The screen shows the homes in the development that are still for sale, each with its price. A sold home disappears, or gets a "sold" banner. You choose which at the start.

Does the property developer have to do anything?

No. The screen takes the homes from the agency software of whoever sells the development. They give us access once, and we do the rest: the integration, the design and the monitoring.

Can the screen stand in a sales pavilion on the building site?

Yes. The pavilion then needs power and an internet connection. The installation partner comes to take a look and chooses a screen on the wall or on a stand.

Does the screen show the EPC label of the new-build homes?

Yes. For a Belgian development, the EPC label with its score and the urban planning information are on the screen. For a Dutch development, that is the energy label.

What does a screen for a new development cost?

You pay €39 per screen per month and sign up for a year. For that amount, we take care of the integration, the design, the updates, the monitoring and the support, for an unlimited number of properties. The screen and its installation come as a one-off quote from the installation partner.
