A screen for your funeral home

Will Impress mounts a screen at the reception of your funeral home or funeral parlour, with today's ceremonies by ceremony room. We give it a sober design in your style, install it with a partner from your region and monitor it, for €39 per screen per month. A name only appears on the screen if the family agrees.

What you get

What a screen brings your funeral home

Families who find their way

At reception, the screen shows in which ceremony room the farewell service takes place and at what time. Families and visitors find their way in a building they do not know.

Calm at reception

Your staff need to explain the same thing to visitors less often. Reception stays calm, and they keep their time for the family they are supporting.

Clarity on a difficult day

The screen shows where the book of condolence is, where the coffee reception follows and how long the condolence visit lasts. Anyone who comes to say goodbye does not have to look for them.

A screen for your funeral home

People who enter a funeral home or funeral parlour are often there for the first time. They want to know in which ceremony room the farewell service takes place, what time it starts and where they can go afterwards. A screen at reception tells them calmly, without them having to ask. Will Impress gives that screen a sober design in the style of your funeral home, installs it with an installation partner from your region and monitors it remotely. You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.

For this page, we worked out an example for one funeral home, in warm white and soft grey-green, just as a customer receives the screens from us.

At reception

At reception hangs a screen that welcomes people as they come in. For each ceremony room or farewell room, it shows the time and the ceremony: a farewell ceremony in the morning, a condolence visit in the afternoon. At the bottom, visitors read where the book of condolence is and in which room the coffee reception follows. Read more about the screen at reception and in the ceremony room.

In the ceremony room

A second screen in the same style hangs in the ceremony room. It shows a calm photo, such as a row of poplars in the morning mist, with a line in remembrance. If the family chooses its own photos, the screen shows those, one at a time and at a calm pace. After the ceremony, you take them off again.

A name only appears on the screen if the family agrees. Without that consent, the screen shows the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony, and that is enough to find the way. Our designs never show a name: that remains the family's choice.

How it starts

You request a proposal. We get in touch and visit you with an installation partner from your region. Together we look at where the screen will hang, so that people see it as soon as they come in and it does not disturb the ceremony.

Then we design the screens in the colours and lettering of your funeral home. Your ceremony rooms, your other rooms and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. The partner mounts the screen. From then on, we monitor it remotely.

What you do yourself

For each farewell service, you add the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony to the screen in a few clicks, in your own account. You add the family's photos to the screen in the ceremony room and take them off again. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which funeral homes is a screen at reception suitable for?

For any funeral home or funeral parlour with a reception and one or more ceremony rooms. A funeral director with one ceremony room starts with one screen at reception; a centre with several ceremony rooms shows them all on the same screen.

Does the screen show the name of the deceased?

Only if the family agrees. If the family does not want that, the screen only shows the ceremony room, the time and the ceremony. The examples on this page show no name.

Who adds a farewell service to the screen of the funeral home?

You or a member of your staff, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the details of the farewell service, and we do it for you, for an extra fee, price on request.

Are the funeral home's opening hours shown correctly on the screen by themselves?

Yes. Your opening hours, your ceremony rooms and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. If the funeral home is closed on a public holiday, you add that in a few clicks.

What does a screen for a funeral home cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, remote monitoring and support are included. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from an installation partner in your region.
