Rental homes come and go. With posters, every letting means work: printing a new poster, taking an old one down. With a screen linked to Zabun, that happens by itself.

A new rental home is in your shop window within a few hours, and a new rental price follows the same day. A home that has been let disappears, or stays for a while with a "let" banner. At the start, you choose what suits your agency. That way, the screen keeps pace, even in a busy week.

What a prospective tenant sees

A property to let shows the monthly rent, with the main photo, the town and a short title. Alongside are the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the floor area, and the terrace if there is one. For a Belgian property, the EPC label and its score are on the screen too. The screen carries your house style, with your logo and colours.

Lettings and sales on one screen

If you both let and sell, the screen shows both together. You can also keep it to one kind, for example only lettings in the shop window of an office that mainly lets.
