Digital signage: a screen in the waiting room of your practice

Will Impress mounts a screen in the waiting room of your practice, with the time, the weather, your opening hours and your practice news. We design it in your style, install it with a partner from your region and monitor it, for €39 per screen per month. You change your practice information in a few clicks, or you leave it to us.

Who does what

You are in the consulting room, we take care of the waiting room.

You do
Almost nothing.

We design the screen in the style of your practice and set everything up. Your opening hours and the out-of-hours service: we set them up at the start. What you get

What a waiting room display brings your practice

Fewer questions at reception

The screen shows your opening hours, your closing days and where patients can go outside opening hours. That saves questions at reception and on the phone.

A calm waiting room

A welcome, the time and the weather give people who are waiting something to look at. The noticeboard full of notes can go.

News that gets through

Everyone who waits reads about a vaccination campaign, a new colleague or a reminder of the check-up. Patients ask about it themselves.

A screen for your waiting room

People sitting in your waiting room look around. A screen gives them something to read: the time, the weather, your opening hours and news from the practice. Will Impress designs the screen in the style of your practice, installs it with an installation partner from your region and monitors it remotely. A screen like this is also called digital signage. You pay €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.

Below are four examples, each with the screens that such a practice or centre receives from us. The screen works just the same for a physiotherapist with their own practice.

GP practice

A GP welcomes patients with the time and the weather, and announces that everyone will be called by name. Then come the opening hours, news about the flu vaccine and where patients can go outside opening hours. In Belgium, that is 1733 or the GP out-of-hours service; in the Netherlands, the out-of-hours GP service in your region. Read more about the screen for the GP practice.

Dental practice

A dentist shows three tips for healthy teeth and reminds everyone of the check-up, twice a year. Anyone who wants to reschedule an appointment reads by what time they must call. Read more about the screen for the dental practice.

Veterinary practice

A vet asks whether the dog is vaccinated, shows the news of the season and says what owners should do in an emergency outside opening hours. Read more about the screen for the veterinary practice.

Medical centre and group practice

In a medical centre, a group practice or a community health centre, the GP, the physiotherapist and the dietitian share one waiting room. The screen shows who is here today and in which room. Read more about the screen for the medical centre.

Information, not advice

The screen shows information for the waiting room: your hours, your news, the out-of-hours service and general tips. Medical advice and the names of your patients do not belong on it. They stay in the consulting room.

How it starts

You request a proposal. We get in touch and visit you with an installation partner from your region. Together we look at where the screen will hang, so everyone can see it from their chair.

Then we design the screens in the style of your practice. Your opening hours and the out-of-hours service: we set them up at the start. The partner mounts the screen. From then on, we monitor it remotely.

What you do yourself

Almost nothing. You add a message or a holiday in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which practices is a waiting room display suitable for?

For any practice with a waiting room. A GP practice, a dental practice, a veterinary practice or a medical centre, such as a group practice or a community health centre. Also a physiotherapist with their own practice.

Does the screen give medical advice?

No. The screen shows information for everyone in the waiting room, such as a reminder about the flu vaccine or three tips for healthy teeth. You give advice for an individual patient yourself, in the consulting room.

Who adds the practice news to the screen?

You or your assistant, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it for you, for an extra fee, price on request.

Are the opening hours and the out-of-hours service shown correctly on the screen by themselves?

Yes. Your opening hours, your closing days and the out-of-hours service: we set them up at the start. If you go on holiday, you add that in a few clicks.

What does a screen for the waiting room of a practice cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract, for a GP, a dentist, a vet or a medical centre. The design, remote monitoring and support are included. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from an installation partner in your region.
