If you both sell and let, the screen shows your homes for sale and to let together. A home for sale shows the asking price excluding purchase costs, a rental home the monthly rent. A "for sale" or "to let" label makes the difference visible.
The screen shows the homes in turn, or several at once in a grid. In a grid, a home for sale then sits next to a rental home, each with its own price.
Sales, lettings or both
At the start, we choose together what the screen shows. That can be all your listings, or only sales or only lettings. With two screens, one can show your homes for sale and the other your rental homes.
After installation, we monitor the screen remotely.
If you have several branches, all the screens carry your logo and colours, and each screen can show the listings of its own branch or those of all your branches. You can read more about this under multiple offices.
