For people who walk past your window in the evening

After closing time, the screen keeps showing your properties from Skarabee to anyone passing by in the evening or at the weekend. A paper poster shows only one property. The screen cycles through your properties and shows the photo, the price, the town and the main features of each one.

A property you add to Skarabee during the day is in your shop window within a few hours. A new price follows the same day. A sold property comes off the screen or gets a banner. That way, your shop window stays in line with your listings in Skarabee.

From your window to your website

If a home appeals to your visitor, a QR code on the screen helps. The code opens that property on your own website. Your visitor can read more there, even when your agency is closed.

Not every design has room for a QR code. At the start, we choose together whether you want one, and how the design looks in your house style, with your logo and colours.

Features, EPC and urban planning information

Each property shows the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the floor area and the plot or the terrace. For a Belgian property, the EPC label with its score, the urban planning information and the flood risk scores are on the screen too. A grid with several properties at once is also possible. Landscape or portrait: your installation partner looks at what fits your window best.

If the internet drops out for a moment, your shop window stays filled with the latest properties the screen received. We monitor the screen remotely, and if you have a question, we help you personally.

If your agency switches later

If your agency later switches from Skarabee to other agency software, we connect your screen to it. You give us access again. The screen and your design stay, with the QR code to your website.
