What you get

What a waiting room display brings your medical centre

Patients who find their way

The screen shows in which room or on which floor each discipline is today. Anyone coming to see the physiotherapist waits in the right place straight away.

One screen for the whole centre

GP, physiotherapist, dietitian and psychologist share one waiting room. Each has their place on the same screen.

News that everyone reads

A new service, such as blood tests without an appointment, is on the screen. Patients who come for another healthcare professional read it too.

A day in the waiting room of your centre

Anyone who comes in during the morning sees a welcome and, straight away, who is here today: the GP in rooms 1 and 2, the physiotherapist in room 4, the dietitian in room 5 and the psychologist on the first floor. The screen announces that everyone will be called by name. The time and today's weather are shown too.

Then it switches to the centre's opening hours and the news, such as blood tests without an appointment on Mondays and Thursdays. At the bottom is where your patients can go outside opening hours. In Belgium, that is 1733 or the GP out-of-hours service; in the Netherlands, the out-of-hours GP service in your region.

What we set up at the start

We design the screen in the colours of your centre. Your opening hours and the out-of-hours service: we set them up at the start. We also add the schedule of each discipline, with the days and the room.

An installation partner from your region mounts the screen where everyone can see it from their chair. After that, we monitor everything remotely.

What you change yourself

You or your reception staff add a locum, a holiday or a new service in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

The screen shows information for everyone in the waiting room: who is here, where to go and when the centre is open. Medical advice and the names of your patients do not belong on it. The screen uses the job titles your patients know, such as physiotherapist.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing
