A screen in the waiting room of your veterinary practice

Will Impress mounts a screen in the waiting room of your veterinary practice, with a vaccination reminder, your opening hours and what owners should do in an emergency. We design it in your style, install it with a partner from your region and monitor it, for €39 per screen per month. You add a new message in a few clicks, or you leave it to us.

Your opening hours and your emergency arrangements: we set them up at the start. You add your practice information, such as a reminder or a holiday, in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Then we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

What you get

What a waiting room display brings your veterinary practice

Vaccinations that are not forgotten

Anyone sitting in the waiting room sees the question whether their dog is vaccinated and checks the pet passport. A next appointment is then quickly made.

The season on screen

Your waiting room shows what matters now, such as ticks and fleas in spring. Owners ask about it themselves.

Clarity in an emergency

Owners know what to do if their animal falls ill at night. They call the practice and hear the number of the out-of-hours service there.

Your waiting room through the day

The screen alternates calmly between a few images. The first shows a dog with the question whether it is vaccinated. Then come your opening hours and the news of the season, such as protection against ticks and fleas. At the bottom is what owners should do in an emergency outside opening hours: call the practice for the out-of-hours service.

What we set up at the start

We design the screen in the colours of your practice, with a calm photo to match. Your opening hours, your closing days and what applies in an emergency: we set them up at the start. If you work with an out-of-hours service of vets in your region, that is on the screen too.

An installation partner from your region mounts the screen where owners can see it from the bench. After that, we monitor it remotely.

What you change yourself

You add a new reminder, a holiday or a seasonal photo in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the text or the photo, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

The screen gives information for the waiting room, not advice about a particular animal. Owners get that from you, in the treatment room.

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. The screen and its installation are a one-off quote from an installation partner in your region. More about pricing

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can the screen remind owners about vaccinations?

Yes. The screen asks whether the dog is vaccinated and points owners to the date in the pet passport. We prepare this reminder at the start, for cats too if you wish.

What does the screen show about emergencies outside opening hours?

Whatever applies at your practice. At many practices, owners call the usual number and hear the number of the out-of-hours service there. If you work with an out-of-hours service in your region, it is shown on the screen. We set that up at the start, just like your opening hours.

Can I show my own photos of animals on the screen?

Yes. A photo of your own fits the style of your practice by itself. You add it in a few clicks, in your own account. Would you rather not do it yourself? Send us the photo, and we do it, for an extra fee, price on request.

Can I show a different message each season?

Yes. Ticks and fleas in spring, the heat in summer, fireworks around New Year. We prepare the first messages, and you switch between them in a few clicks.

What does a screen for a vet's waiting room cost?

€39 per screen per month, on an annual contract. Design, updates, monitoring and support are included. If you would rather not add your messages to the screen yourself, we do it, for an extra fee, price on request. You pay for the screen and its installation once, on a quote from a partner in your region.
