Content creation for your screen
Will Impress makes the content of your screen: we design it in your house style and, at the start, set up everything that can run by itself, included in €39 per screen per month on an annual contract. If you would also like us to change your menu, your offers or new messages after that, we do so as a paid extra, with a price on request.
What is included
At the start, we make the design in your house style, with your logo and your colours. There are several designs, and we choose one together with you. You do not have to design anything yourself.
After that, we set up everything that can run by itself. Your opening hours and the hours when the screen is on: we set them up at the start. For a café or restaurant, your menu, your dish of the day and your prices are on the screen before the first service, as with the digital menu board. For shops, we make the first images, so the screen is full from the first day. In healthcare, we also set up the out-of-hours service for a GP practice, so the right number is on the screen from the first day.
All of that is included in the €39 per screen per month, on an annual contract.
What you can do yourself
You add a dish, a price, a new offer or a photo to the screen yourself, in a few clicks, in your own account. Whatever you add takes on the layout of your business by itself. If you give an offer an end date, it disappears by itself after that.
What we do as an extra
If you would like us to add your menu, your offers or a new message to the screen, we do so as a paid extra, with a price on request. Send us the photo and the text, and we add them to the screen in your house style.
The same applies to a new campaign or a seasonal message, such as a new design for the sales or the festive season. The price depends on what you ask for and how often, and you receive it on request.
For estate agencies
An estate agency does not need to have content made. The screen takes your properties straight from your agency software. When you enter a new property, it is in your shop window within a few hours. We make the design in your house style once, at the start. You can read which agency software it works with on the integrations page.
How to request it
Request a proposal and write in the message what your screen should show. We will contact you within two working days. After that, we prepare the design, with everything that can run by itself.
If you are already a customer and would like something extra made, ask your contact at Will Impress. You then receive a price for what you ask for.

What do I need to send when Will Impress adds something new to my screen?
The photo and the text that should appear on the screen. For a menu, that is the dish with its price; for a practice, the text of your message. We add them to the screen in your house style, as a paid extra, with a price on request.
How often should I refresh the content of my screen?
Whenever something changes in your business, not on a fixed schedule. You update a menu when your menu changes, and you add an offer when it starts. If you give the offer an end date, it disappears by itself after that.
What does Will Impress need from us for the design?
We need your logo and your colours, and what the screen should show, such as your menu, your opening hours or your offers. If you have photos of your own, or images from your brands and suppliers, we use them in the layout of your business.
